PP board (polypropylene sheet) is a semi crystalline plastic sheet made mainly from polypropylene through extrusion molding and other processes. Its hardness is higher than polyethylene (PE) and its melting point is better. PP board is applied in fields such as chemical pipelines, environmental protection equipment (sewage treatment fillers, garbage classification containers), construction templates, food and pharmaceutical packaging, etc.
Polyethylene sheet is a highly crystalline and non-polar thermoplastic resin. The original appearance of HDPE is milky white, with a certain degree of semi transparency in the thin section. PE board is odorless, non-toxic, and feels like wax. It has excellent low temperature resistance (the lowest operating temperature can reach -70~-100 ℃), good chemical stability, and can withstand most acid and alkali corrosion (not resistant to acids with oxidizing properties). It is insoluble in general solvents at room temperature, has low water absorption, excellent electrical insulation performance, low density, good toughness (also applicable to low temperature conditions), and good stretchability; Good electrical and dielectric insulation, low water absorption rate, low water vapor permeability, good chemical stability, tensile strength, non-toxic and harmless. Medical equipment components, seals, cutting plates, sliding profiles. Widely used in industries such as chemical, mechanical, chemical, power, clothing, packaging, and food. Widely used in gas transportation, water supply, sewage discharge, agricultural irrigation, fine particle solid transportation in mines, as well as fields such as oil fields, chemical industry, and postal and telecommunications, especially in gas transportation, it has been widely applied.
